The team at Anmar Scales Albury branch recently fitted loadcells and a weighing indicator to a customers existing Wulftec pallet wrapper.
New mounting plates were manufactured and welded underneath the wrapper body. This provided a rigid support surface for the Anyload 563YS 1t loadcells to be mounted on to. A mounting frame with locating rings was also supplied to ensure that the wrapper would be secure in its position and would not slip on the floor when pallets are being loaded.
As the customer has standardised with the MT IND246 indicator across their site, we were able to supply and calibrate this indicator to the loadcells to ensure continuity.
Having the wrapper mounted on loadcells means less product handling leading to a more efficient and safer workplace.
This system connects to the existing site software system via the built in ethernet option in the indicator.
